I can’t say anything more than terrible. I’ve had no viewings in 15 weeks, no communication from Connells except when I emailed or phoned them first.
I don’t think they had any strategy for selling my property but I wouldn’t know because they didn’t communicate.
The photos and advertising online were alright but that’s about it.
I’m now in the process of changing estate agents to one recommended by a friend and they already seem to know more.

One of the easiest 5 star reviews we have written. Fiona, our mortgage advisor at Connells, made the whole process so much easier to understand and navigate. Applying for a mortgage again after 20 years, the process had changed so much. Fiona held our hands, filled me with confidence and kept me sane throughout. It was our first time experience giving our house for letting and we are fortunate that it was handled by James and Kiara from Connells Amesbury. They were superb and helped us in every step. The communication was great and their response was very efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Whilst our property was being marketed by Connells. Connells arranged a viewing of our property for a couple that said they were cash buyers. Whilst viewing our property the prospective buyers burgled us stealing £5-£6000 of jewellery. Never at any time did we receive an apology from Connells they completely failed to take responsibility, completely brushing over the situation. Initially they would not provide the Police with the suspects details until Police threatened with a warrant. Eventually the branch manager contacted the head office who agreed to release the suspects details. We are now waiting to go to trial at Crown Court. Furthermore they valued our property at almost £1,000000 and after three months we were advised to reduce it to £850,000 The whole four months we were on with them was an utter shambles.

Great team. Nikki Boyles was exceptional with good customer service. She responds to our calls and emails on time doesn't delay in any issues relating to our stay at 3 Salisbury walk.Nikki should be given a promotion!!!!

I have had the best experience and treatment with Connells Estate Agents Coventry. First from the viewing to securing the property and I will say they come in highly recommended. I am all excited about moving in and can’t wait to enjoy my new home.????????.

The worst real estate agent I ever met. After rent ends, they had a list of the different reasons for us to pay and after eight months and several time of reminders, we still didn’t receive the rest of the deposit. In a word, if you choose them, prepare to give away all your deposit.
