My house sale proved to be unexpectedly complicated & lengthy. Throughout the whole processes Curran & Pinner remained highly professional at all times & fully committed to completing the sale. They had to manage some difficult issues (none of which were their doing) and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. The Shortlands team is a small team but this meant that every member of the team knew what was going on at each stage. I would absolutely recommend them.

We have ongoing powercuts, we have not changed one appliance since being in this property, we called on 5 occasions to try and get this ressolved, the last time we called we got charged by currian and pinner a callout fee because when the engineer arrived he couldn't find a fault and the power was back up and running. This morning we have again had a powercut but we don't want to call because they will charge us again! Rude and ignorant, poorly managed
