Bought with David Doyle, from start to finish they were excellent. I didn’t know the area at all so I was going in blind and ended up viewing the flat following a suggestion from the agent. It turned out to be exactly what I was looking for! There were numerous delays due to a break in the chain on my side but the support and communication from the sales progression team was great and although it took longer than expected it still didn’t feel too stressful!... The team at David Doyle were, without exception, excellent when we decided to sell our 4 bed detached property in Hemel Hempstead. From the very beginning to the final completion each chapter of the sale was fully guided and advised. Unfortunately when we wanted to move the general market had taken a bit of a downturn however with their advice we managed to sell our house and buy our new dream home in Devon. Friendly staff, Tom showed us the property and he was very friendly and helped us to get this budget house quickly. However, concerns related to house are not dealt properly, I have to figure things out by myself and still waiting for few things to sort out. After renting the property, I didn’t find the service helpful, hence three stars given.... Read more
