Dexters Bloomsbury have been fantastic in helping me find the perfect apartment in London. Phoebe in particular has been responsive, professional and has supported and guided me in my search. I have just become a new owner of a lovely flat in Hendon. I was really impressed with the service I received from Dexters. Rafi Gamliel went the extra mile in ensuring everything ran smoothly. If there was an issue he sorted it immediately. Could not recommend Dexters more especially if you get Rafi.

We just sold out flat and Rafi and the team at Dexters were great. They helped keep everyone calm through some stressful moments, provided helpful advice and were always responsive and approachable. I would recommend them and use them again.

If you want to waste your time and not get any feedback, use Dexters. In almost 20 weeks of being listed with them, we got feedback only a handful of times, and only after chasing. Many emails left ignored, including to the branch manager. Just terrible communication overall so would not recommend.

Subject : selling a long lease flat In a Victorian 4 flat building building .Share of freehold .
The most shambolic sale I ever ever encountered. They favoured my buyer over me at every turn . I felt lost.
No words can say .The delays caused by terrible solicitors ( recommenced by peter james to my buyer) , then on top of that the mortgage found by Peter james recommended broker for my buyer meant 2 solicitors for her alone !!! Both useless .
My solicitor was excellent and thankfully not recommended by peter james! Both deny getting my info . Then say we got it . Then weeks / months pass by with denials of receiving things ! They sent us their office inventory of mail and they received everything on the day we sent it but above it said “ not received .
Give me strength !
Finally my ID of freeholders in my building for eX change became out of date.due to the chronic delays due to the denials of info received . Then they blamed me -their client ( !!!) -for the Delay then I pulled out. It was all my fault about the ID . I resolved it in a day . But then couldn’t get through to them .
That was their last words to me “ it’s your solicitors fault “.
I withdrew my sale on exchange . I’m not paying MY estate agent 5 k to be useless
