Natalie Jenkins dealt with my the successful sale of my property. I found her to be polite, professional and approachable, she always kept me updated and returned my phone calls. At one point the sale was dragging on and I had become frustrated/impatient and wanted to search for new buyers. Natalie dealt with me professionally advised that I be patient and I let her complete the sale which she did !

I sold my property through Edward Mellor and Natalie was a huge help in coordinating between the buyer and their solicitor to really push for progress and help the whole process move forward. She was always quick to respond and eager to support in any way so that all parties were aligned and satisfied. Highly recommend Edward Mellor and especially Natalie for all her support in our completion.

Very poor customer service. Failure to respond to messages and telephone call and it's been over a week. This doesn't provide much confidence they will deal with potential buyers any differently so I'd avoid. Plenty of good estate agents in the area, two of which in the same period of time have responded, visited the property, valued it and provided a quote to market it for sale.

Having never gone through the process of selling a house, dealing with all at Edward Mellor and in particular, Natalie, it’s been a pleasure!!
No question I’ve posed has been deemed silly and whenever I’ve needed to reach her, she’s been there explaining everything, dotting all the i’s and crossing all the t’s for me!!!
In short, I was quite nervous and Natalie allayed all my fears and put my mind at ease in regards to things that needed to be done and guided me every step of the way!!!

I called on Friday to enquire about a viewing and the woman I spoke to couldn’t have been more rude. It was obvious that on that day the last thing she wanted to do was work. All she did was give me snappy responses and when she finally did mention I could go and see the house at 11:30am on Saturday, she then snapped again saying ‘well you need to complete the form I’ll send you really quick otherwise someone else will take your spot’ and then she proceeded to say that it will be a block viewing so I asked if it’s possible to perhaps arrange a private viewing as I wasn’t particularly keen on a block viewing and she hang up on me straight away?? If this is how your agents behave and speak to customers then I really wonder how you manage to sell or let anything. Wouldn’t recommend and I’d avoid any future property listings if I will see your name on it.
