Alison and the team at Bamber Bridge are truly the best estate agents I have ever used. Great attitude and attention to detail. I will be using them again to rent/sell my next property.
The service we have received from Alison has been excellent and nothing is too much for her, Alison is an asset to your company.
Her local knowledge of the property market was invaluable
Have already recommended Farrell Heyworth to friends & colleagues etc due to your high standards.
Thank You so much for everything, 1st class service..
I have recently had dealings with the Fulwood office. I found all the staff that I dealt with friendly and helpful. From start to finish the service was professional and if I have to move again I would certainly re-use.
I have recently let my property through this office. Daniel and the rest of the team has worked hard to find me a suitable tenant. This was done in a timely manner and they have kept me informed every step of the way, I would recommend to any landlord wanting a professional service.
I recently rang to get some more information on a property and its area. I spoke to an helpful lad by the name of Liam. He was very professional, kind and had thorough knowledge of the area. Pleasant young man to speak to.
Farrell and Heyworth were great when the house was put on the market. They organised lots of viewings and were good with negotian on price. After sales their communication was not as good. We went with solicitors that they recommended and the communication between both parties was pretty poor at the beginning. So next time I would probably just find my own solicitors. However overall they have been a good estate agent; which you would expect for their cost.
On the whole have a good first impression upon valuation. However, due to Brexit, general election and then Covid19, communication became difficult and the branch (Penwortham) was closed.
While not wholly in their control, I feel the communication could have been better. The pandemic affected all agents but I don't think enough planning went into their recovery plan resulting in us charging agents.
