I just bought a lovely little house in Wenhaston through Flicks in Southwold and it could not have gone any better. Isobel showed us around a few properties and I immediately felt valued as a prospective buyer, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market, had a sense of what I was looking for and found me the perfect home. Sabrina guided us through the sale and is clearly very experienced in dealing with the complexities of contracts, solicitors, the buyers needs and the vendors expectations. Professional estate agents with knowledgeable and passionate staff, a rarity I’m sure. Many thanks to them and a genuine recommendation based on the excellent service and experience I received.

Proved to be one of the more professional letting agents. Helpful, experienced and efficient staff.
I think if I was looking for property around the heritage coast this would be my first port of call.

Dealt with various people at flicks . None particularly helpful and their customer service skills are at times very poor. Give the impression they do the minimum required and won’t go out of their way to help - they wouldn’t even scan a document and email to me when I needed it urgently. They accept they can provide key legal paperwork late when it suits them ( but still expect to get their full management fee ) but are very quick to apply “ those are the rules “ logic when they are invoicing. Turned up late to appointments without calling ahead. I wouldn’t recommend.

My Wife and I dealt with Isobel Everitt over the last several weeks and we would say that she is one of the most proactive and helpful estate agents we’ve ever come across. A real credit to Flick & Son. Although we did not find a property this time around with Flick & Son we would definitely use Isobel for any future sales or purchases!

Flick & Son handled the sale of our holiday cottage for us. They secured significant interest in our property and although one prospective purchaser withdrew very late in the process (not Flicks fault), their energy and commitment to find another buyer never wavered. Their process of having a senior member of their team oversee the conveyance process once an offer has been accepted means that you have a dedicated and highly professional resource making sure that things happen to ensure, as best as they can, that an accepted offer converts into a completed sale. We felt that they always worked hard in our best interests, particularly Oliver and Matt in their Aldeburgh office - highly recommended.

Many thanks to Lucy who at times had her patience stretched to the limit but dealt with it with seemingly endless enthusiasm! Stress? What stress?! Took a little longer than we hoped due to red tape but we got there! We would happily recommend Flick and Son.
