Britney was very helpful and proactive in sending properties through to view, even ones I had not seen/found myself, which resulted in me finding (Britney finding) the perfect place I viewed with Harvey who was also very friendly and helpful.
I ended up having an accepted offer less than 24 hours after viewing the property with the additional help of Matt & co.
Very efficient team.

Good experience! Whenever I rang through to the office, the people who answered the phone were very friendly and professional.
Zoran at the Fox and sons Taunton branch was also incredibly helpful throughout every step of the process! Despite probably being very busy, He always kept in contact with me and provided updates along the way, and always responded quickly. He was very patient and answered all of my questions(!) and was so reassuring throughout the whole process.
Now me and my family we are able to move to our beautiful new home

Can't thank Danielle enough!
My partner and I were first time buyers and didn't know where to start when it came to the process of buying our first home. We were very nervous!
Danielle was patient, friendly and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream first home! She held our hand through the entire process, she answered our queries, worries and questions and nothing was too big of an ask.
She communicated with us throughout the entire process and worked alongside the estate agent we were buying off of and our solicitor to ensure the process ran swiftly.
Danielle is an absolute star, we are so glad we found her. We will definitely be recommending her to others!

What can I say?! Five stars aren't nearly enough for the fantastic experience we've had from Fox and Sons, Eastbourne. When my other half and I wanted to secure a mortgage, Stephen Rogers (Branch Manager) put us in contact with their resident Mortgage Advisor, Andrew Titherly (Sequence Mortgages). As nervous first time buyers, nothing has been too much of a request for Andrew and his counsel has been greatly appreciated. We will happily recommend Andrew, with strong praise and doubtless confidence as THE mortgage advisor to work with in the area. You could go anywhere, but if you want the job done properly - Andrew is your man!

Appalling service. We signed up with these awful agents for 20 weeks! What a nightmare . Sam over priced our home but we went with what he suggested. Weeks on with no viewings I called him, I emailed him, I left messages with staff. At one time I called and was told Sam and his manager were out delivering leaflets! That’s the type of rubbish they tell you!( or it could be true!)
We wanted our price lowered as they valued it too high. They ignored our requests completely. They are appalling. I even left a message to tell them what a discussing service they were. Not one person called back to at least try to talk it through! We are planning on selling and will be back on the market when the time is right and we have already found our agent to market our home. She’s completely different to Sam from fox and sons. No bull. Just plain talking.
I say be very careful if you sign a contract with these awful estate agents. They will ignore you. Appalling service from Sam and Millie.However, on the flip of the coin I would like to thank them whole heartedly as now I have learnt a very hard lesson as to not get sucked into the bull that falls out of some peoples mouths.
