I didn't have a perfect experience with Franklyn James in terms if number of viewings although they were quick to advertise the property and the listing was strong. The market was incredibly slow too so it's hard to say if any other agent would have performed better.

I have worked with Franklyn & James on the Letting and Sale processes for my property and highly recommend them! They have supported me (and the tenants in my flat) for well over 2 years, having Gary as one of the most professional managing agents I have dealt with in London.
On the sale side, Adil and Umar have gone above and beyond, turning a very stressful experience with another agency into what is yet another reason to praise F&J, since my property is now Under Offer despite a complex market environment! In my experience, the professionalism and responsiveness of the Franklyn & James team vastly surpass other agencies' service.

Our experience with Franklyn James was great, they are attentive, efficient, fair and look after the landlords and the tenants. They acted very professionally for a rather complicated case and let our properties quickly for a fair price. I would highly recommend them!

I have used several estate agents over the years in the area and can honestly say Franklyn James is an outstanding, professional estate agency. Adil went over and above to conclude the successful sale of my property recently demonstrating knowledge, expertise and care. In fact the whole team were always polite and reassuring. Selling a property can be a stressful experience but Adil navigated the lines of communication with everyone involved smoothly and efficiently which was amazing.
