I absolutely love the service provided by Gemma Lettings agent. The agent helped us to close the deal quickly without any delays. They even assisted us in moving in on a Sunday which is not something other agents typically offer. It has been over six months since we started renting and unfortunately, there have been a couple of issues with the property. However, I appreciate the quick response and assistance of Pamela, the property manager. She is always willing to address and resolve problems promptly. Overall, I am grateful for their help.
