Godfrey and Barr are really the best local agency!! Sara was incredible at finding our dream place off market (despite being months with other agencies!) and was just so lovely to deal with. Jeremy and Sara always went the extra mile for us, and we felt constantly relaxed throughout a usually quite stressful process thanks to them. Would highly recommend!!

Sara is the worst letting negotiator I have come across. Not a people person at all.

Want to sell your home? My story:
Thursday: I walked into Godfrey & Barr and said I want to sell my house.
Friday: I received a phone call from Jeremy Fine saying he had a possible buyer.
Sunday: He brought possible buyer to look at the house.
Monday: House sold at asking price - not put on market.
6 months later: completion.
The same could happen for you. Just saying....

Absolutely top service from Jeremy Fine and his colleagues regarding my late Mothers house. They advised a very effective marketing strategy and we ended up with well over the asking price. Would highly recommend!

Our property was on the market for over 6 months with one of the major estate agents. Over this period, we had very few enquiries and no significant offers. I asked a friend who had recently sold a property in Hampstead for his advice. My friend highly recommended Godfrey & Barr, whom I then contacted and subsequently appointed. Within six weeks we had received a number of offers, one of which we accepted and the property has now been sold. Many thanks to Godfrey & Barr for an excellent, responsive service.
