Digger arrived when it was supposed to and went when finished but that was the easy part. Paying was a right pain. Driver who delivered wouldn't accept the cash. Tried to pay over the phone but they don't have that facility. Phoned me to arrange driver to collect money who didn't show up. Phoned to arrange another collection but when I tried to phone back they didn't answer. Tried to bank transfer but then they wanted extra 20% to cover the VAT. The cash wasn't going to make it to the accounts dept.

The lady who works on the letting side of things is rude and not only does she not want to do her job she lies to customers on top of it. We was interested in renting a property and she took our details and said she'd pass them on to the landlord.. we was in the area of the property we wanted and happened to run into the landlord who was a friend of a friend of ours and he assured us that our details was NOT passed on to him!
Its disgusting to see so many bad reviews and the company is on some defensive mechanism before they sort out their staff.
I want all my details off the system. Can never get the letting team on the phone to request this but I'm sure it won't matter anyways as she'd be to lazy to bother. Do better
Had a viewing arranged on 26th June 2020 at 11:15 am and having arrived on time and waited 10mins knocking on the door with no answer, I called ( at 11:25 which I have the call log for) the office on the number given, asking if and when the agent would arrive to show me the property (this agent was not from the Great Barr branch) she said she will try to find out and call me back, which did not happen. I called again at 11:49am after having been waiting there from 11:15am. This time I did get to speak with someone from the Great Barr branch, after explaining the situation she said she will call the agent that should have been there. After a while she called back saying that the agent was there until 11:25am and left because nobody showed up. What a ABSOLUTE LIE for him to say when he was not even there as I had called the office at that time after having waited outside since 11:15am. If he had been there he would have seen us there waiting but no he would rather lie then be honest about his unprofessional behaviour. As I can't name the Male of Asian origin who wasn't there, working from the Great Barr branch... I hope that they will improve the service as I will not be using there service's to purchase my home....very poor
Absolutely over the moon with the service received from Callum and Sam in lettings. Couldn’t have made it easier for me. Always on the end of the phone when I called or quick reply to any emails I sent. Thank you for the great service.
