If only you could give more that 5 stars !! I cannot recommend Grice and Hunter enough. Lucy has been simply amazing from start to finish. I instructed Jim of Grice & Hunter to provide a retrospective valuation on a property I had inherited, for the purposes of Capital Gains Tax computation. The report was completed within a couple of weeks, it was thoroughly researched, and very professional. The fee was very reasonable. No hesitation in recommending.
