Newton and Fallowell, particularly Sue, but also Jess in Sue’s absence, made the process of buying our property happen.
We had a particularly difficult sale (using a different agent, in Cambridgeshire). Suffice to say that had Sue not been so proactive in helping with an ongoing number of issues down the chain, the whole process would have fallen through.
Communication from Newton and Fallowell was SUPERB, it was the only way we could keep track of what was happening.
A professional and friendly service from a company that give the impression of really caring.
We would not hesitate to use them again in the future and would also recommend them highly.

Absolutely superb and professional service from start to finish. All agents clearly are very knowledgeable and without their negotiation skills and expertise we would not be where we are today in our new home. We could not recommend Newton Fallowell highly enough and we would never use another agent to sell a house.
