After renting through Henry Adams for the last year I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a more professional, efficient and reliable team. Alex from the day we met him was so friendly and helpful. The customer service through out our stay from Alex, James & Steph was nothing but exceptional! I highly recommend Henry Adams Storrington :)

To be honest I approached looking for a new place to live with a little trepidation. We all hear the horror stories. BUT my dealings with the Team at Henry Adams were flawless. Alex and Steph were both professional and friendly. Always making themselves available, returning calls and emails. I was looking for someone based in and who understood the area I was looking to move to and I found them. The welcome box and card is a lovely touch as well. It all makes a big difference when you're in the middle of what is usually a stressful situation. Highly recommended.

Leah was absolutely fantastic in handling my house purchase. Several times she went over and above to get a deal done. I have no doubt I wouldn't have bought this property f it hadn't been for her true professionalism and empathy.

I had to pay upfront for the photos and they were dreadful! I only heard from them 3 times in the 13 weeks I was with them and I didn't get a single viewing. All in all an awful experience and I just hope that the Estate Agent I am now with gets us some positive results.

Professional, efficient, friendly and experienced in handling any situation which could possibly arise with a house sale and purchase as I think we had all of them!
Henry Adams is a shining beacon for their industry and they should be very proud of themselves. Honest, trustworthy and thoroughly decent people.
Thank you all for your help with selling Mums bungalow and handling everything for us as we were conducting the sale from completely different parts of the country!

Byron was super helpful with our recent decision to move into another rental. We were nervous about the rental market as we have had bad experiences with another estate agent from a different company. He was quick to update us on the process of the tenancy, knew all about the property and always so polite and happy to answer any worries or questions we had.
