Recently I had a visit in student hub with Ashley.He helped me finding many houses based on my requirements and I am happy now and I hope that I will find my house with thornely groves.

Really not impressed.
I was supposed to have a video viewing yesterday morning and I had a call saying it will be delayed until the afternoon just to receive nothing.
I find this to be very unprofessional especially when you have someone genuinely interested in a property. I understand things happen but to not even have the decency to follow up with a quick message and advise of a further delay? Really disappointed and would not recommend your branch.

Thornley Grove is a great agent and definitely trustworthy! The people who get involved so far in my house let recently such as Ashley, Jessica and Emily, they all do a great job--nice, kind, professional and, of course, very helpful!
So far have good experience with them.

Absolutely shambolic! Treat their renters very badly, dirty house when they moved in…
And now, last year hardworking British students left with a house with black mold painted over several times by the owner, attic full of mold as the roof made of poor material and water coming in 2 bedrooms…
A broken / dangerous 20 years old dryer, shower paneling of very bad quality and absorbing water creating more mold…

Run of the mill student exploiting company that know what they are doing. Extremely slow to reply to any maintenance call and when they finally do you are met with an arrogant demeaning response that basically tells you you are lying. A few months before we left our tenancy they took pictures of our house during a viewing and submitted these pictures as our move out pictures which led to us getting charged for things such as removal of items (our bedding and stuff that was there due to us STILL living there). To counteract this and more claims 6 emails were sent to them to ask for the inventory of when we moved in to be submitted to deposit schemes. They ignored all email attempts and hung up the phone when trying to contact them. I drove 5 hours up from London to ask them in person in their office where they all gave each other side eyes knowing who I was before I even asked and got promised that I’d be sent it by the end of the day minimum. Here I am 3 months later with no inventory and a £460 cleaning fee for a house we left very clean. Avoid at all costs
