They are quite overvalue properties and charge low commission to get your business. They tell you a few fibs like how many they've sold locally. To be fair they did get me some viewings but most weren't suitable. I then used Country Properties Ampthill who were even worse and then switched to Brown and Merry Woburn Sands who got me a sale.

80s retro
I called them to speak to them about an empty property that they manage that had rubbish piled up outside and unsightly garden. The lady I spoke to was incredibly rude to me, wouldn't allow me to finish speaking and refused to do anything about it. All I asked was that they contact the landlord and make them aware of it. They then claimed to the landlord that I was abusive on the phone, and that I wouldn't let HER finish what she was saying.. which was 100% untrue. Record EVERY phone call you have with them, android and apple let you record calls. They will deny everything if you complain.
