Although a long distance away from my home in Plymouth, the Jacobs Steel estate agents kept me fully informed about the sale of my house by telephone which I preferred. They contacted the sellers in shoreham by sea when I needed to negotiate. This was very helpful and made buying easier. Jake Cockerton was involved initially and later Richard Wetherall as sales progressor was very diligent and helpful.

I highly recommend Jacobs Steel, Lancing. The team, especially Rachel and Mel, were really easy to work with and very efficient. They kept on top of things and were very good at prodding my somewhat slow solicitor. Everything went smoothly from putting the house on the market through to completion. I would certainly be happy to use their services again.

The local knowledge was spot on which helped fix the price. The publicity produced 12 viewings and 6 offers within a week. The organisation of viewings and the communication to me of the outcomes was impressive.
The property was sold within a week at £5K over the asking price.
