I never write reviews but im that elated i feel the need to share:
I cannot put into words how pleased i am i chose jaymans - the whole team are so good at their jobs, they know exactly what they are doing (and on a personal note, they were really lovely people too). Their fees are more than competitive. But most of all, the service you recieve is second to none. A special mention is needed for Jenny - Jenny manages sales progressions and chases things up - who was an angel sent from god during what can be a challenging process. A sincere thanks to the whole team at Jaymans - if youre looking at this review unsure whether to use jaymans - do it! i promise you wont be let down.

I recently bought and sold through Jayman. The team were very proficient and moved at great speed. From coming to value my house at 12 o'clock, they had it in Rightmove by three, had five viewing lined up a day later and I sold it two days after that. Mortgage man, Mark Chatterfield, was very useful in getting things moving and explaining things - it's handy to have him based in the office. As the sale and purchase moved on, Jenny was fantastic in pushing for a completion date and making things happen. The solicitors seemed happy to sit back and let the sale drag on for week after week, but Jenny was onto them several times a day until I got a moving date. A brilliant service from her and a great job all round from the Jayman team. I would highly recommend buying and / or selling through these dedicated people.
