James was absolutely brilliant, he went above and beyond with the sell of my house. James made sure I was updated about everything and was able to keep me in the loop with the 6 houses in the chain. Would definitely recommend!

A mixture of feelings about this place, which have been resolved as they have a very good manager working there. They are just slow to assist when needed and don't always give you the correct information. They did however help us find a place to rent. They are better in oerson than over the phone.

J&D have been absolutely brilliant helping us to sell a retirement flat. These aren't easy to sell, but we've had excellent advice and service at every stage. The staff are friendly, helpful and, most important for me, honest and realistic in managing expectations. We got a very fair price in the end and are very happy to have completed the sale.

Terrible! All arrangements for a move into a rented flat had been done including booking removal firm, family taking time off work to help, new bed delivery arranged, deposit and first months rent paid up front, confirmation email from the office about move in date received and got a phone call from them at 5 pm 2 days before to say we couldn't move in that date now it would have to be the next day as they hadn't done the fire assessment. When we said about all the arrangements we had made were told ' well it's up to you, you can always find somewhere else it's your choice '... Just WOW!

Sold a small flat in Portchester through Jeffries & Dibbens. All the team were extremely friendly and helpful. I was regularly kept up to date with progress and managed to get the full asking price for the property. Highly recommended.

Jeffries were quick and efficient to put my house on the market. It sold to the first buyer and throughout the sale to completion ,Miles was on the case.
I finally moved two weeks ago and am very happy with my downsize.
