I recently sold a property through Lawlers Estate agents, the house was in poynton, leigh and the team did an amazing job. I mainly dealt wuth Ckare Nolan who was very helpful and profesional in all aspects of the sale, if i was to sell a hiuse again i would 100% use Lawlers and no other agent. Big thanks to all at Lawlers.

Brilliant team at Lawlors. Great communication. Valuation was correct. Sold my property after the first day of viewings. I would use this team again.

Perhaps I was unlucky. Been on the market with Lawlors for over 250 days- far too long. We sold 4 times but none proceeded and to be fair, none were actually proceedable. Lawlors have left me high and dry now. There have been occasions when viewings were not even attended by staff. Messages were not passed on and they just waited 3 days to inform me that their last roll of the dice has pulled out as of Friday just gone. Probably great for properties in Hazel Grove but don't use them outside of their traditional areas. Team is nice, photos were great BUT they are poor in scope, lacking in courtesy and professionalism and the little details and they have utterly FAILED in terms of selling my house. They acted in the interests of two buyers instead of me, and I have had to do their work on occasion. I have dis-instructed them when their advisor failed to apologise for another cock up re last buyer "we were devastated" was the quote. NOT sorry Mr client we should have told you when we knew on Friday but we didn't. I would not use them nor recommend. I sold over 140 properties in year when I worked in this field many years ago and these guys cannot SELL a property. Lovely people. Can't sell though and don't go the extra mile- I got about 100 yards from them tops.

We couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience in selling a property. We were kept informed of the progress of the buyer’s position throughout and any enquiries we made were responded to promptly. We received a very friendly and professional service.

Excellent communication. Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend Lawlers to anyone. Thanks again Liz
