Over the years, Lurot Brand have always been nothing short of excellent in our experience, both with their Sales & Lettings departments.
Dealing recently with Frankie Dickens from their Lettings team, she was absolutely wonderful - most helpful and efficient.
Couldn’t have wished for a better experience.
If most other estate agents would only be like Lurot Brand, property transactions would be much smoother and less stressful.

We have rented two properties through Lurot Brand and have found them to be incredibly helpful and effective. In particular we were very happy with our agent on the most recent let, Frankie, who answered all our (many) questions before the rental began and who made the whole process of renting and accompanying paperwork easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Lurot Brand.

Professional, attentive and friendly, I cannot rate Lurot Brand highly enough. Frankie at the Hyde Park office went above and beyond securing a rental for me. The administration side of things was very stress free and the staff that look after the properties are brilliant.

Lurot Brand and Ms. Julia Arwas were the immaculate professionals -- excellent service always. Despite our many crazy changes due to changes in my orders from US government, they kept me from living on the streets. Greatly appreciate there help on everything. Also Lurot Brand got me my deposit back despite the insane international deposit scheme set-up by my bank. I am truly indebted to them and my Landlord -- go UK!

Lurot Brand were an amazing company to deal with from start to finish when selling my mews house. Consistent communication, organised and helped us with our every need in the sale of our home. We dealt with Charles who is part of the sales team, he was very impressive and we will be going back to him if we ever decide to sell again. He did a wonderful job.
