Generally happy with my buying experience with Mann, who were faster and more organised than some of the previous agents I had used. They did not tell me, however, that I was moving next to a HMO - which has turned out not to be a great decision.

Do not touch this company! On false advertising relating to the 'service promise' and verbal sales pitch we stupidly signed the contract to sell a property. For minimum service we spent over £6000, which worked out extremely overinflated and extortionate. Despite an appeal, we have been offered £50 goodwill!! The 'investigation' is internal and all we were told is we signed the contract and that DOES NOT include any service. We would have not signed the contract if it had not been for the promised service! They have replaced the rip-off double glazing companies with how they conduct their business!!
