Lauren, Tim and the team could not have been more helpful. They are not like other estate agents, they are efficient, pro-active, responsive and I honestly felt like I literally had someone 'on the ground' working for me given I am in London. Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt like I was just on a conveyer belt. They were absolutely the right decision for me and I would definitely recommend to others.

I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)

I spent 12-18 months looking for a property and the Team at Kingsbridge were fab and finally found me my perfect home …when you are far away and relocating you need all the help you can get - it was great they had a flexible attitude and responses in timely fashion by emails or video calls for viewings etc - even after I had moved in they got back to my queries - I was very pleased …
