We spotted a property of the right size, location and price on Marshalls Web site which we found easy to search. We contacted the office and made an appointment to view which was very easy and found them very accommodating to fit a time and date to suit us. We put in an offer which we were informed very quickly was acceptable to the buyer. We later sought another viewing to check measurements and again this was easily arranged. We experienced delays by our purchasers conveyancers. Our solicitor kept Marshalls informed who in turn kept the seller informed. The result was a successful transaction which was greatly aided abd facilitated by Marshalls. A nice finishing touch was the welcome pack we found on moving in. We also found all the staff friendly, knowledgeable and professional in their work and despite our frustration at lack of progress with our sale, the staff at Marshalls were brilliant at reassuring us and putting our minds at ease. Had rented from them for two years with no issues from our end, was sent a letter saying the landlord required the property edit:turns out he's just leasing it p sure but still lol. Asked them for help multiple times in finding a new place, which they did not. Emailed them about an abusive tenant in our building, had zero reply. And they also tried demanding a full month's rent for two week's worth of stay. Staff rude and treat tenants like a nuisance.... Read more
