It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Michael Hardy.

Moving house isn’t an easy process at any time, but this time we were in the very competent hands of Michael Hardy.
Everything throughout the entire process has been made easy by their professionalism.
In particular Daniel Macdonald who helped us with viewings of our new home with great kindness and also Caroline Wilson whose patience, efficiency and understanding steered us through all of the admin processes.
I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

We have been happily renting through Michael Hardy for nearly three years now and I quite literally cannot fault them. Any maintenance issues are always addressed immediately, and Dee always follows up to make sure everything is sorted.
Such a breath of fresh air after a bad experience when I first started renting prior to moving to MH.

The UK process of buying and selling homes is far from ideal and that is why it's imperative that you start out with choosing a highly professional and exceptionally competent estate agent and solicitor. I would highly recommend Michael Hardy in Wokingham. In our experience the team were professional and proficient from start to finish. Such was their proficiency they became the go to for other agents and solicitors in our chain, as they navigated us successfully to completion. We had a great experience with Michael Hardy Wokingham in finding and renting our new property. Daniel showed us round and was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all our questions and not putting unnecessary pressure on us to put offers in etc as some other agents from other companies did! Caroline was excellent at setting up our tenancy, communicating throughout the referencing process and answering my many questions as fast as you could ask for! Overall would highly recommend renting through Michael Hardy Wokingham.

I have had two dealings with Michael Hardy (Crowthorne) over the years and on each occasion, I've experienced a very personalised and fantastic service. The first time, they helped me purchase my house and that was very straight forward and just now, they helped sell my house. I did not even bother contacting other local agents as I was confident Michael Hardy were competitive, it wasn’t worth cutting corners with some of these DIY online estate agents, I knew Michael Hardy would be knowledgeable, trustworthy and would see the sale through by liaising up and down the chain and do whatever it takes to move things along. The service was easy from start to finish and the whole team have been on the ball, proactive, great communication, follow through on everything that has been discussed and agreed upon, keeping me up to date throughout the whole process. I would have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Michael Hardy and the team! Thank you so much!
