Chloe was so informative about the house, very bubbly and positive. The house itself was lovely - tidy and clean too which helps immensely. Would definitely like to buy from Michael Tuck estate agents if they have a suitable house for us.

Could not find a better estate agent! James was brilliant from the off, completely understanding what we wanted in a property, was flexible with viewings. Whole process was smooth from start to finish, James and the team were incredibly helpful, no question was ever too much hassle for them to get the answer for! Hopefully will be staying in the property for a long time to come, but if we ever need an agent again we will be coming to James and Michael Tuck without question!!

We went to Michael Tuck's in Abbeymead looking to rent for 12 months after our home was badly damaged by burst pipes.
They had an apartment just up for rent, they took us to see it straight away, we thought it would suit us fine so we went ahead with the contract. What a lovely team they are. They have been so sympathetic & helpful to us from the start. We are 81 & 88 years old & not very good on the computer. We have been back to see them a few times with emails & letters we didn't really understand. They have made us tea & helped us every time. Nothing is too much trouble. Well done team, you really are the tops.

We found Michael Tucks Staff very profession, quick service sold our house within four weeks. We bought from a different prominent Estate agency who were half an hour late for the viewing , and kept showing the property we purchase as still for sale even through the sale was agreed. Would never use them although they are the biggest estate agency in our area.

Buying a house was a stressful task I was told by many, working with Michael Tucks Worcester branch made it stressless and exciting.
They went the extra mile with multiple viewings that worked around my busy working week adding masses of value to the customer experience.
Most of the communication was done via phone and emails which suited me perfectly. Always getting an efficient response to my questions and concerns.
Not only did we compete the sale cycle in under 12 weeks, they provided a reliable service which in turn gave me the perfect family home.

Hallam Beveridge has built a strong and helpful team for agents Michael Tuck in North Swindon. Friendly most certainly but also very knowledgeable and highly efficient. They helped get me a quick sale at the best price I could expect.
The team gave me a lot of advice about dealing with all the hundreds of things we have to remember from producing a user profile on the property to reading the meters on the final day.
Working with Hallam and his team was a real pleasure. They certainly put their customers first.
