The Milburys team in Wotton-under-Edge has provided an excellent service right through from house viewings to completion on my new home. Being part of a long chain, my move has been quite complex and I'm not sure that it would have happened at all without the consistent support of Rachel and Claire at Milburys. They have been so proactive in communicating with the solicitors from top to bottom of the chain and keeping me updated on issues and their resolution. At times it felt as if they were the only people with a real commitment to pushing things forward and making the move happen. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A professional and friendly service provided throughout the course of our purchase. For us, living abroad, communication was crucial and this was provided clearly and concisely at all times, both to us as buyers and on to the vendor. We would highly recommend Milburys.

Milbury's were super helpful in finding us a short term let that would take pets, and Paige was unfailingly pleasant and cheerful when showing us round numerous properties with a view to buying. We would definitely use Milbury's in future if we had anything to let or sell.

A huge thank you to everyone in the team at Milburys.
I was a little overwhelmed at the thought of letting my property, however, the service was excelent. They did an amazing job of marketing and finding the right tenant in such a short time while keeping me up to date constantly, and replying to any questions straight away while dealing with all the legal matters. Thank you very much. You did all the hard work so I had nothing to be concerned about. Many thanks.

A shout-out to Owen at the Wotton-under-Edge branch of Milburys. He took us around a property on a viewing and what impressed us was that he arrived early to put the lights on to show the house in its best aspect, he was very knowledgeable and honest and the following day, he phoned to check for feedback. The makings of a good agent (and as we are both retired chartered surveyors, we know these things...). An excellent service. When we have a house to sell, we would use him.

Charged far too much for maintenance jobs and then not done properly. Con artists trying always to get your money.
Maintenance jobs are made up to make money from you and then use masking tape to fix things. Would not recommend
