I don't think my husband and I could have received a better experience moving to a new apartment than the one provided by you. Especially Paula, the lettings branch manager who did an absolutely fantastic job in responding to our interest quickly and everything was sorted in no time. Regardless of the Covid situation and only availability of a virtual viewing, the apartment in Cornwall was more than we imagined. Paula was really kind and professional. We can't thank you enough. You made our move absolutely comfortable and enjoyable.

Tom at Miller in Helston couldn't have been more helpful even though it became apparent that there was little chance of a sale as yet. Courteous, professional, but most of all friendly I can't fault them for their attitude and professionalism. I would like to put on record how happy my wife and I are with the handling of the sale of our property Wishingtons. From the outset, the valuation, photography and presentation has been outstanding.
We would especially like to highlight the work of Tabitha Morris who has worked tirelessly to follow up queries and chase solicitors when necessary to keep things moving. She acted as a very effective 'go between' which avoided the need for me to get too closely involved with our buyer when legal matters were proceeding slower than I would have liked. Moving house is a stressful process but Tabitha's friendly and diligent approach did much to make things easier and her frequent updates were greatly appreciated.
This was not the first time that we have used Miller Countrywide services and everyone at the Helston branch should be congratulated for their tremendous efforts.

This company were absolutely useless. No proper management of my property and only able to collect their fees. Tenants and I have been waiting for 11 weeks for our deposit back. I would never use this company or reccomend it,
I appointed Miller Country Wide to manage my properties in Penzance, but it was the worse experience in my life. Miller Country Wide do not select tenant professionally, they only think of a quick return. In my case, the agent Courtney took advantage of he position and put one of her friends in my flat that stopped paying rent immediately after 3 months and left the property in complete mess with broken main entrance door.
Michelle the branch manager refuses to deal with any problem claiming that she is busy and the company is short of staff. Michelle got me to sign for sign zero deposit which was not a very good option. I suffered lots losses. Please please do yourself a favour and avoid this agent. It is wildly known in Penzance that this agent is absolutely useless. All landlords end up switching to other agents after having bad experience like myself.
Ridiculous estate agents. Took weeks to get waiting tenants into our property (awful inter company communication) . We were told we would be compensated for missed weeks-didn't happen. Liars, incompetent. Staff turn over shocking. Avoid.
Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the purchase of our new property. Carla, Mandy and the team were very helpful with everything we needed to ensure our purchase went through smoothly. Thank you all!
Sadly, I have had nothing but hassle and problems from this Company and I have lived in rented properties for many years. Hopefully my experience is an exception to the rule though concerning Miller Countrywide, but just to be aware.
Update: This Company not only seems to allow their properties to become very squalid (based on the property they managed that I was living in before I moved) but also find excuses not to refund one's original deposit. How they can have received 4 stars baffles me.

A massive thankyou to the girls at millers for selling my property. Natalie came round and took my property on to the market with outstanding knowledge of the property market, this was then followed up with Emma selling my property quickly and efficiently at a good price. I used Jenifer the mortgage consultant for my onward purchase who was also very helpful. Cheryl then chased this through to exchange and completion and nothing was too much hassle for them. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home.
We recently completed purchasing a property, which was being sold through Miller Truro. Jenni is a HUGE asset to Miller, she went above and beyond on multiple occasions to help us. She was incredibly kind, understanding, responsive and professional throughout. We were selling our house with another Truro agent, but buying from Miller, and dealing with Jenni showed us how an estate agent should be compared to ours! We had a couple of bumps in our journey, but Jenni was always so helpful and such a pleasure to speak with on the phone. We completed after lockdown, so then had to speak with the Director of Miller in the absence of other staff, he ensured we could collect keys etc safely, and was also a very nice chap to deal with.
Thank you again to Jenni for being so fabulous, we will be coming back to Miller Truro in the future to sell and recommending to our friends!
Just before Christmas I spoke to Faye in the Truro office. Most unprofessional, made me feel most uncomfortable and I would consider her very unhealthy person. Typical of this anti Catholic place.
I want to thank everyone in the office for a superb service - not only for selling my home of 30 years but also on a personal level. As you know I will be leaving memories behind. Everything was straight forward, found a buyer quicker than I expected all apart from the mountain of legal paperwork I received but each person took the time to assist me when I struggled.
