Buying a house during the Covid-19 pandemic has at times been stressful to say the least however Jenny and her team have gone above and beyond to ensure we have been able to complete the purchase of our first home and ensure we were able to move in! Jenny in particular took time out of her day to contact our solicitors directly to push for completion and throughout maintained contact with us! Nothing was ever too much to ask and she always remained friendly and approachable. Thank you for all of your help, it's very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend their service. Thanks again :)
Great approach taken during what can be a very stressful time selling/buying houses. Proactive, supportive, helpful, positive, down-to-earth and friendly staff. We felt well-informed throughout our buying experience. As and when we decide to sell our home...it will definitely be through Moores!
It's been many years since we last moved house and were very rusty to say the least but one slightly hungover day in very early January we wandered into Moores and were met with an amazing response.: professional and patient with great humour we were shown one particular property. We have just moved into said property and during the whole time Moore's have continued to be supportive and caring - to the point that we would strongly dispute the bad press some estate agents get. Trust us in the case of Moores - they are wrong!! Thank you all.
I feel that it is important to warn any potential buyer that they must question these agents about fundamental property information - eg whether the property is listed, prior to making an offer, as they cannot be relied upon to include such important information in their particulars.
I have had the misfortune of having had a very costly, upsetting and time wasting experience with these people, only made worse by the eye watering arrogance of the Senior Management.
