Can't praise Mortimers highly enough for their brilliant service and communication-the best Estate Agent we've ever used! Great, easy to navigate website with comprehensive, clear property listings and images. Special thanks to Matt for a very positive and realistic initial valuation (and also for the brilliant photos!) and to Tom, who was positive, approachable and pro-active throughout. We received an asking price offer within two weeks of marketing our property-couldn't be happier!

Excellent service from Mortimers, all the staff are extremely knowledgeable and you can always get through to them! If one team member isn't available, the others are always up to date with your case. I would highly recommend them for house sales. Leaoni was the person that I have mainly dealt with and she is extremely professional and efficient, although all the staff are great. 10/10 from me!

Thank you to all the team at Mortimers! Our experience of selling a house was made so much easier with the team of dedicated staff at the Accrington branch! Big shout for Matt for initial consultation and pricing of the property and then to Chris, Chloe ,and gang for keeping us updated throughout. Would use Mortimers again.

Geraldine and the team at Mortimers were fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking.
When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring.
All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
