I have an extremely positive experience from NPE throughout my journey with them. From renting out my property which they have managed, to almost completing the sale process. I cannot recommend the team highly enough... efficient, communicative, patient, organised, flexible, responsive and above all kind to me.

Really impressed with Southam Property Experts,from start to finish they were great. They worked well with our solicitors and the estate agent of the house we were buying! Everyone within the team was friendly and attentive.
The process was smooth and Southam Property Experts really kept on top of things.
If you are looking to sell your house in this area I would fully recommend the property experts,

Delighted with the whole experience of using Newman's Property Experts.
I initially approached NINE Estate Agents, in a process of due diligence. Obviously right shied away from being scrutinised, as not one Estate Agent, other than Newman's took the trouble to reply to my list of questions, even though, some said they needed more time, but after being given an extra week, still didn't reply. However, Newman's responded the very same day, with comprehensive answers to all my questions!
I have agreed, and will pay Newman's MORE than the advertised rates posted by other agents, and don't resent a penny of it.
Newman PEs have worked closely with me throughout the process, and Simon Cowie has provided an extraordinary level of professionalism, even whilst abroad, on holiday.
I recommend to any seller, do NOT look at the fees, look at the service! Through acting on Simon's advice, we presented our home at Show Home condition, which helped us, with Simon's advice to potential buyers, to achieve a final selling price £50K over the price advertised on the Open Day.
A neighbour used a competitor, and sold their house for about £25K below the going rate for similar properties! Theresa a lesson hidden in there somewhere!

Noone likes bad reviews, and many are of staff that have long moved on (quite rightly) . The good news is we have a great team in the town centre now. We're friendly, helpful and professional.

Just wanted to thank Boyd Kelly , and his team at Haart in Northampton for the hard work and endeavour they put in to help sell my fathers house. A process that included lockdowns, buyers pulling out and viewing restrictions .After 10 months since the first contact we exchanged and completed on a sale that would have taken 4 weeks max in normal circumstances . They were always professional and couldnt do enough to make us at ease and explain every issue ( shout out to Lewis for the constant phone calls he answered ) or obstacle encountered . Great team to deal with , would highly recommend.

The Valuation from Newmans on one of our properties was considerably low. Property two which was sold through Newmans, albeit via part-exchange with a Developer, went reasonably well. Although despite specifically advising Jordan Blacow, Coventry Branch that we did not want a 'For Sale' sign erected, once the house was actually sold by Newmans, then Newmans erected a for sale sign, which did not make sense! After several attempts it was eventually removed. The service from Jordan regarding this particular issue was poor. An email simply addressed to 'Hi' came across as unprofessional. The handover however on the day of moving with excellent. This was done with Paul Petticrew. Excellent Customer Service from Paul.
