Nicol&Co as a company have been extremely professional and friendly throughout with great communication. I dealt with Kat a great deal and she was lovely, due to another issue in the chain we spoke most days and in the end Kat was as excited as me when it all went through. I will miss our daily chats haha! A beautiful new home hamper too!

I would highly recommend the professionals at Nicol and Co. I'm considering a degree at the University of Worcester and they were happy to show me properties in the area that fit my budget. They also gave me a tour of the local businesses and restaurants. The great ambassadors to the community. Super excited to be moving soon and I really want to thank the highly qualified professionals at Nicol and Co.

Our experience so far with Nicol and Co has been amazing. They met us at the property on Easter Monday (and to make it worse we were late!). Heather, our viewing agent, was extremely friendly and patient with us as first time buyers and answered all our questions. i personally really appreciated the approach at the viewing. It was not pushy at all and we were given the time and space to fall in love with our new home! Top marks, would recommend!

Moving is extremely stressful. However, the staff at Nicol and Co worked tirelessly to help us through the process. They kept us updated throughout, gave us support when needed and were an honest sounding board when dealing with tricky circumstances. A special mention has to go to Kat, god knows how long she must spend on the phone and on hold, and Molly, who always gave us an honest and clear opinion of the process. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Nicol and Co. give you a 'ready to sell' booklet with lots of tips on how to set up your house for sale. You can pick and choose what you do or not do. They had our house up for sale, videoed and sold within two weeks. They also offer unique features like an in-house service to help get you ready to sell. They help you with your fixtures and fittings, boundaries. They will discuss your deeds, certificates and guarantees and warranties. All this takes the pressure off you finding our information when it becomes time-sensitive. They answer the phone when you call, they support the local community with donations. As a seller we got to choose a charity for £100 to go to. As a buyer they give out a welcome pack. Their costs are upfront and include all of the above. As a local family run business they can really give the big named agents a run for their money!

Nicol & Co delivered a fantastic service from start to finish. The channel of communication remained open from the moment we had our property valued by Robin to when we collected the keys at completion.
They allowed us to view properties that were on their books but were not yet on the market and it was one of these that we are now lucky enough to call our home.
It was actually Matt Nicol who was in the hot seat when we sold our house and it came as a result of him following up with previously interested parties after we decided to drop out asking price slightly.
Once at the stage of completing legal documentation Nicol & Co sent an employee to our house to ensure it was done correctly, thus avoiding any delays further down the line. This was an unexpected bonus that was hugely appreciated.
The sales progression team were exceptionally helpful and Odette was able to guide us through answering the inquiries we received from our purchasers and Coral ensured the solicitors were working towards the timeline we had requested.
Nicol & Co were there to guide us at every step of the process and I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
