I cannot rate the service I received from Northwood highly enough. With logistical difficulties they made the whole process as easy as possible for me.
From my initial dealings with Laura on the valuation to the fantastic communication and overall dealings with Ali I cannot speak highly enough about the service I got. So much so that I wanted to thank Ali in person on my final 560 mile journey to clear the house.

I can't thank Northwood enough for their tireless services helping me manage my apartment over the years and finally selling it. Their guaranteed rent program worked great for my purposes and worked very smoothly for years without issue.
Ali Clark was my contact at the agency and was always on hand responding to my emails promptly, and was absolutely tireless when it came to resolving roofing issues and building work whenever it needed to be done, I honestly don't know what I would have done without her help. I have no hesitation recommending Northwood's services.

Excellent communications and explanations of each stage. The photographs and virtual tour of the property were exceptional the best ones out there where comparing to other agents. For Sale sign up immediately and supported very well with sale negotiation. Estimated value of property spot on. Sold within one weekm

Worst estate agents I’ve ever dealt with never sorted any of the problems we reported, that needed fixing always had to do it myself to then be told I didn’t have permission to do that. there rude on the phone when you call them about a issue. and trying to get my deposit back was a issue I was always having to chase for it back and after about a month I still didn’t get the full amount Avoid at all cost

I had a very hard time finding a flat before working with Northwood and I cannot fault their service whatsoever. If there were delays, the representatives were quick to get in touch and explain the process. If I had queries, they answers were comprehensive and fast.
My representative was Lauren, who initially showed me around the property and was with me every step of the way in getting all the correct documents in, planning a moving in date etc.
I have moved a few times now but this has been the least stressful experience I've had thus far - 5 stars and special thanks to Lauren Cudd, who made it not only a stress-free experience but an enjoyable one as well.

I definitely recommend Northwood estates. I recently moved in the United Kingdom so didn’t know how the system works , however I received a lot of help from Patience which is one of the agent of Northwood . I’m very happy that I chose them.
