The Team - Sam, Izzy and Philip work so well together all covering one another and were able to help me whoever I spoke to. They talked me through what I needed to do in plain English no jargon. But most of all right from the start Sam, put me at ease told me as it was and was not pushy. They have kept me informed weekly of the progress on the viewings and feed back from their clients. They have sold our property within 8 weeks and at asking price. We are most grateful they made this process very easy for us.
The Team, are honest, reliable and very professional.

They did not sell the property after 16 weeks so gave notice and have placed with another agent.,But they were professional to deal with

The current housing market is at a standstill and it is difficult to find a buyer. They tried extremely hard to sell our property however we decided to remove it from the market until the situation improves.

I found Page & Wells to be highly professional and friendly and I liked the fact I was working with a family business with excellent knowledge of the local area. I cannot fault the team at all in terms of their professionalism, manner and communication.
My sale (which hasn’t yet reached exchange/completion) did take longer than desired to achieve, and I’m in no doubts that this would have been down to some of the property limitations (lack of parking and located on a busy road) however I also felt that partly this would have been down to our strategy too.
We eventually did change the pricing strategy, however I would have liked to see this happen much earlier as it did become frustrating after 4 months on the market. I appreciate 4 months isn’t as long as some properties can be on the market for, but I was keen to move on and so it become frustrating for me.
Bizarrely we actually achieved the original price I was hoping for (and the price most agents had valued the property at), but I do think dropping the OIEO price helped us to get there.
Overall, I enjoyed working with Page & Wells, but I would have liked to see results a little sooner.
