We were looking for a house and when we found it ....They ask us to pay the Commission fee on site on the phone to stop the house in the market....without tell us about the small writing...they took £450!!!! we then did not pass their credit check (Done with Noodle a free credit check website that is update every 3 years!!!!!! I could not register my self with the last 2 addresses!!!!) after saying they will help us to find a solution and maybe get some money back.......They never ever called again!!!! The answer was that my husband sign their paper...which he saw after giving them the money and trust them.....they are just sale people that will sell they dirty underwear if they can get money out of it!!!!! Disgusting!!!!!!!

Diabolical. I am divorced and my ex wife still lives in the house. They put it on the market without a joint contract in place and when I told them to take it off the market the manager refused to do so. Would never recommend them
Decided to use Palmer Snell after communications with Adam. Adam was fantastic with making the selling process very easy and was honest with costs etc. The viewing process was easy- a text confirmed the viewing detsils. The property sold within 48 hours and negotiation of prices was professional and fair. The right move listing and the photos/video tour was professional and top quality.
Did not think I would be in a position to buy another property but decided to go and see their mortgage advisor- Gavin. Went in thinking I will not get a mortgage and came away with more than I ever imagined. Gavin was fantastic- he looked at every bit of my incoming and outgoing to work out the best deal. I have bought a property that I never imagined possible. Where there was additional evidence required and a few hurdles along the way, Gavin just made it ok. He dealt with all the stressful bits but was so honest with every aspect of the mortgage application.
I felt everyone in the office was genuinely interested in the sale and cared. If I left a message they would always call back.
There was a few issues with solicitors and delays as per normal, however their sales progressor Kerry was exceptional- she liased with everyone, there was times when I needed to vent, get annoyed and have a moan- I felt she listened and went above and beyond to help- I know she done so much more than her role expected of her. Without doubt if the sales care was not there I know the sale would not have gone through. She is approachable, kind hearted but very determined to get answers from solicitors who never even called me back!!
Would I recommend Palmer Snell.... 100%

We had the house on the market and initially we have a few views, however these dried up pretty quickly. We were advised after around 2 months to drop the price which we did and then we had no viewings. After 3 months the Gillingham office closed down, and we didn't know about it until someone from the Wincanton office phoned to tell us! Great. We stayed with Palmer Snell for another 6 weeks where we had no further views.
Michelle and Natalie were a joy to deal with. They were patient, sympathetic and highly professional and got the price I wanted for my house. I will definitely sell my next house through them.

After feeling let down by another local estate agent I found PalmerSnell to be fantastic throughout the entire process. They gave me feedback after every viewing and a detailed market review of how my property was performing every two weeks meaning I always knew what was happening. They always offer checked potential buyers to make sure that they were proceedable and this meant that when the property sold getting to exchange was a breeze. Although their fee was slightly higher than some other agents I am confident they got me the best price for my property so that i was financially better off. I cannot thank Dave and his team enough !
Dealt with Lucy and Camilla. Very professional and kind staff and reassuring agents to rent with, especially with being a first time renter. Should I ever move out, I'd hope to rent with them again. Highly recommend these agents!

When I was initially setting up the tenancy, I phoned, eventually got though. The lady answered the phone with her pub job greeting, realised her mistake then hung up. Wish I followed my gut and stopped it then!
I have had to chase and chase them for information, very unresponsive. I feel bad for my tenant as it’s not the service he deserves.
I have had money taking out of my rent money for services I that didn’t initially request, and I have requested to be stopped. No one willing to
take any responsibility.
Very very frustrating first experience as a landlord.

We recently sold our house and also bought our new place all through Palmer Snell and found them to be fantastic.
We ended up having to deal with the whole CV19 issue mid transaction which obviously made things tricky all round but found all the guys and girl at PS Upton extremely helpful throughout and a good ear to our frustrations.
Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and helpful experience in what is inevitably a stressful time.
We also used their mortgage advisor who was fantastic and couldn't have made things easier.

My landlord has been on to them since 28th Feb about our neighbours (who let through them) about their fence that fell down in our garden, I understand we have been in a pandemic, however many construction workplaces have been open for sometime and it's still not been sorted, been phoned left emails and answer messages, and still nothing! Very angry as have a dog and a 3 year old son that try and go into their garden it's not safe, but they clearly do not care! As already stated it isn't myself that lets through palmer snell it is my NEIGHBOURS! If someone could actually phone me back as you have my number now that would be great.
I have done the checks with home let was told my credit was too low but was informed I could try use a guarantee send them all the details nothing has been done about it try to call and send email no one has contact me.As a support worker I’m trying my best not to visit places unnecessarily I’m thinking of others too but I’m not sure if I should just visit the office for something I could have been helped over the phone
