Had a fantastic experience with Sam one of the letting agents. Communication was consistent and helpful. Nothing was ever too much and I would recommend this agent to anyone looking for a property. In today's housing market it can be very discouraging to feel like a number but Sam ensured that I got the best outcome. Very grateful for all the help and a wonderful flat at the end of the process

I called Parkers Residential when I was at my wits end with another estate agent who had my property on the market for six weeks to no avail. As soon as I spoke to Sam I knew that I was in safe hands. He was honest and transparent. His communication was brilliant, he even did a viewing on a Sunday because he trusted his gut and experience. Lo and behold he had our flat let two days after he put the advert up. I'm so grateful that I decided to use his services.
