They are not the cheapest or the dearest on cost.
I chose them for their proffesionaloism.
They asked for a key and planned viewings.
My house sold very quickly.
The only small thing I'd say could have been better was clarity on what the buyer was prepared to have left in the house.
Only by accident I spoke with the buyer to identify they was first time buyer with nothing and would have benefit from my items being left in. This time it was to late and most items had been removed.
I specifically checked this to be asked and was told they had. They hadn't and this wasnt professional or sensible.
Very good and efficient all along. Held an open day for viewings and received immediate offers, house sale was agreed in 2 weeks of listing.
AVOID at all costs!
They are only interested in your money as a tenant. After reporting dampness and mold growth in November, nothing was done until March resulting in me having to call each and every week. Lois who was 'dealing' with the case was extremely unprofessional, refusing to take phonecalls from me and emails often not replied to. Complaints procedure is also a joke.... they admitted they were slow in dealing with it, but no apology at all.
Very professional and efficient service from all staff, especially Rebekah who looked after my house sale. Excellent communication channels even in these challenging times. This is the second time I have used this company and I would not hesitate to recommend Philp James.
