Phillips Smith & Dunn in Braunton were very professional and quick to respond to my initial enquiry for a valuation. Pictures and profile of my property were submitted immediately and the property was online and being marketed within 24 hrs. Phillips Smith & Dunn were also by far the best value and achieved a very close to asking price in a difficult market. Vincent & Cleeve have dealt efficiently with the sale from the offer stage until successful completion acting as a very affective communication channel between buyer and solicitors making for a smooth sale.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services.

Meeting Charles for the first time, he had an accurate handle on the local market, pricing and requirement. He was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended we completed in 6 weeks from first meeting, When we had an issue with a minor repair a tradesman was found from their recommendation and solved the issue before it became a drama

I can’t speak highly enough of the team in the Braunton office. They made the purchase of our holiday home smooth and effortless. With their experience and expertise we were able to exchange contracts in 6 weeks and complete in 8, it would have been 7 weeks to completion if not for the Christmas break. Nothing was too much trouble, a lovely bunch of people.
