We recently used Prime Estates Castle Bromwich. Special mentions for Harry Smith and Beverley Rooney. Harry helped with dealing with our viewings and offered helpful feedback. Beverley dealt with the sale process of our move. It's been a long time since we moved house and we felt very supported by both. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always give that personal touch.
We would highly recommend this Estate Agents!

Beverley is by far the most knowledgeable valuer I’ve spoken to recently having obtained several valuations by competing estate agents. She has a professional, warm and friendly approach. Her history of the castle Bromwich area is remarkable.

I recently used Prime Estates in Castle Bromwich whilst selling my late parents house. I was so pleased with the service received with Harry Smith dealing with the viewings and keeping me updated with feedback and appointments; and Beverley Rooney dealing with the actual sale process. Beverley diligently kept the sale on track and kept chivvying solicitors etc

Steve was excellent. He was always in communication with us. He really worked as if it was his own house to sell. We had been with another agent before. Very poor customer service. We wish we had gone to this agent at the beginning itself to save huge amount of time. He always respected our views. I would say that you can go to Steve and just chill out. He would do the needful.
