Utterly disgraceful Customers Service #customerservice. Typical Estate Agent! I made a genuine letting inquiry for a property in WD4 8, both my partner and I were requested to complete a GDPR sensitive application, requesting our "income" and "Expense" detail on a letting form, "Not sure why as we we only wanted to view the property" & we may go for a better house elsewhere!!! we've had Zero update/contact/ Follow up form the Proffit & Holt Partnership. I've called the agent today to find out what is happening, only to be informed buy a "Manager" (nameless for the moment), that they have had 42 clients interested and that could not follow up with everybody????. Really??? Really Now???. I thought they were in the sales industry... clearly they don't think they are! Obviously too many enquiries to care! That indicates that I'm better off not dealing with them. This is utterly unacceptable, requesting such finite detail and disregarding the enquiry! I will be taking this to "ARLA" and the "NAEA".
Stay away potential Clients!
They wont care though... Estate agents never do! ?
