We would like to thank Olivia for such a great communication and massive help throughout the process.
Nothing was a bother for her and her team. We were first time buyers and so we had a lot of questions (sometimes silly once) were our solicitor didn't have time to answer but for Olivia that wasn't an issue.

Property up for an advertised price, seems that’s not the case, very disappointed when I was keen to to buy. Seems like they are playing developers against those purchasing new builds!! Very disappointing tells lies about bidding wars. Those in Coundon should be wary tbh developers making money from your house re new builds,, shocking way to treat sellers!!!

Rented out a property with them and it was shoddy from start to finish. Inspections were half arsed, communication was poor, the tenant check out process was basically just left for myself to deal with. The boiler needed work and it took them two months (and several follow up emails from me) for them to say the company hadn't responded. In the end, I sorted it myself. Not sure what I paid for every month but it wasn't the full management service like I expected
edit: as you can see from their reply, they don't even have any of this on record - just proves my point about how disorganised they are. I am with a different rental company now thank goodness

This wasn’t an easy sale it took a while to sell and the. it fell through and then sold again quickly . I was a panicky seller but both Jaimie abs Nicks were

Dealt with the Castleford branch for years as a family with our rental properties. As of late we’ve been dealing with Stacey at the branch who is THE BEST agent we’ve used! Nothing is too much trouble, if she says she’s doing something it gets done and all with a lovely attitude! I’ve recently had a property with an awkward tenant and she was there to help take action every step and get us back on the right track! Lovely young lady and a credit to the branch!! Thank you.
