I can just confirm all the negative reviews above. Issues at my property have not been forwarded to me as a landlord for several month, so that my Tenants had contact me, as not done by Louise. If I would have known immediately I could have resolved the issues right away. Its an absolute disgrace. My phone calls are getting ignored. When you call up to talk to Louise Reid they will first tell you: Yes, one moment. And right after you been on hold they say: She is not in the office. Even though they are sitting right next to each other. No wonder the Letting side of this company has no google, as it would be full of negative reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!... Read more
