I can just confirm all the negative reviews above. Issues at my property have not been forwarded to me as a landlord for several month, so that my Tenants had contact me, as not done by Louise. If I would have known immediately I could have resolved the issues right away. Its an absolute disgrace. My phone calls are getting ignored. When you call up to talk to Louise Reid they will first tell you: Yes, one moment. And right after you been on hold they say: She is not in the office. Even though they are sitting right next to each other. No wonder the Letting side of this company has no google, as it would be full of negative reviews. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Our estate agent based in the Rhyl office was extremely professional and kept in consistent contact through the entire conveyancing process. She was our reach for key person when we needed advice guidance or just some reassurance. Without this lady's knowledge and can do attitude we feel the process would have been a time of anxiety. We cannot praise this lady enough and would like a copy of this review to be sent to the head office so they can be reassured that their staff on the front line make a very real positive difference. We would like her to be recognised for her hard work and clear explanations of things we just needed help to understand. We both thank this lady from the bottom of our hearts and would like her to know how genuinely appreciated she is. A real diamond.

We've been very happy with Reid & Roberts since selecting them to sell our home. The photos were good and they responded positively to suggested alternatives or additions and the same for the text of the listing. Their communication by phone and email has been timely, responsive and professional.
