Used for the sale of our house in St Andrews. An excellent service throughout the entire process.
A big thank you to the team in the St Andrews Branch (George, Caitlin, Michelle & Shona). Excellent communication through the process.
-Initial meeting, setting out the steps involved with selling, the timelines and initial estimate of property value (estimate within 2% of accepted offer)
-Arranging for the house to go on the market; home report & photos (including video and aerial drone shot)
-Conducting the viewings and following up with interested parties, with summaries of the various people interested passed along
-Advising on and setting a closing date
-Advising on the conveyancing process when we were experiencing initial problem with our Solicitor (different firm) and latter delays with the purchasers solicitor.
Overall, Rettie's service has been professional at all times and I was very pleased to trust them with the process of selling our house. I would happily use them again and I fully recommend others to consider their services.

Rettie sold my house really well. The brochure was very well put together, the photos were super. I had 93 viewings and 16 offers. Sold the house in 2 weeks. They couldn't have been more helpful, and I felt their full support. Thank you.
