Claire at Oulsnam has been super helpful right from Valuation of my property, through to exchange/completion. Communication has been wonderful, and there was no hassle with arranging viewings. Her friendly approach is what made her stand out from other estate agents too - no question has been any trouble. I was fortunate that my house was only on the market for a week before a sale was agreed - but it was nice to feel we had trust in our agent - which made the process so easy. Claire has also kept in contact regularly throughout, giving updates and checking in, ensuring we have all the information we need. Would definitely recommend Oulsnam! Oulsnam Barnt Green did an excellent job selling my mother's house in probate. An early offer fell through when the probate process took longer than we had hoped and Shelbi and her colleagues got straight back onto it and found another buyer quickly. They clearly know their market extremely well and knew when to push us and when to tell us to hold our nerve. Oulsnam have now sold my family two houses (in 1978 and 2021) and then sold them both for us (in 2021 and 2024) - a great job done!

Had a valuation from Mr Pretty that was quite disappointing, instead of valuating our house he just suggested what he thought based on houses in the area, this can vary within half a mile, looked very uninterested and gave us no information compared to other agents. We actually sold our house for £27,000 more than Mr Pretty valuated and that was with it only being on the market for one week, just be aware if you do not live in Alvechurch not to waste your time.

I chose to use Oulsnams Rubery to help with our search for a rental property in the local area after using their independent mortgage advisor.
Lisa was an excellent source of knowledge and really helped guide and support our search.
Lisa even gave us contact details for the letting team at Oulsnam and helped me set up a further meeting with them to understand what they have to offer once the right property was found.
