I really wonder how come they have so many 5 stars reviews when they did not prove anything else other than unprofesionalism and unable to schedule viewings. They showed up on a Saturday unannounced and the agents can’t seem to get the times right. No cummunication whatsoever other than the automatic email confirmation. They do not reply to emails and do not care about improving their services. I am running very low on patience because of them and definitely this is not how you should do business.

We booked a viewing for a studio with Angelina and since it turned out to be small for us she was so helpful and recommended this other place that I now believe is the perfect place for us. The process to rent was very simple and she was the most helpful and professional.
Since we come from letting our last flat with an agency that treated us horrible, we are so glad to have RSK now and feel taken care of and valued. We are looking forward to a nice journey together.

Luke has been great to work with.
He was proactive, focused on my needs and not his which is rare to find in such a competitive market. He made my purchase easy and to the specifications I always wanted. Could not recommend him enough.

I can only speak about my experience with one of their sales agents - Luke, but he's been absolutely fantastic. Very professional, a great communicator, responsive and personable. He's listened carefully to our requirements and has responded accordingly.

We were very confident Rsk was going to sell our flat. They kept trying to make us decrease the price. After 3 months we had an offer very close to our selling price. They dragged the selling process with the buyer for so long (another 4 months) and the buyer started to decrease the price just before the exchange date saying that he didn’t have enough money for the initial offer. Rsk did nothing about it. It seemed that they were working for the buyer and not for ourselves. So the buyer pulled out and we waisted 6 months in all. As some reviews mention they are liars. Their communication during the selling process was appalling. Zak seemed very good though, a shame.
