Dan Appleby and the team at Roger Platt, Lower Earley, Reading branch have been extremely helpful across the entire process of our mortgage renewal. He is transparent, courteous and highly responsive. No hour of the day including late evenings and weekends were a hindrance to his acting on our behalf. 2 viewings in 26 weeks, then held me to a 4 week notice period and didn't do anything more. Result was losing the house we were purchasing. Haven't even bothered to come and pick up their sign board.
