Rollos were appointed as executors to my late mothers estate following her death in Dec 2020. The estate was complicated by having several rental properties as well as trusts. The paperwork had to go via the HMRC before the Sheriffs Court would award probate which can hold matters up for months. This was all handled by Adam Brewer who acted with speed and diligence ensuring that all the approvals were in place, all properties were quickly sold and the estate wound up within 8 months. The fees for this came well under my layman’s estimate and bearing in mind the work involved I was extremely to pay these on behalf of the estate. I would certainly recommend them and the service, both as executors and also the sales team... Read more
