My property manager (Chi-Huy Ha) has always provided great service and professionalism, with resolving issues, communication, updates etc.

Samuel Estates:
"Simply the best. Better than all the rest"
I have owned properties in Battersea since 1997.
Up until 2016 I would not recommend any of the local estate agents to my friends. In fact quite the reverse!
In 2016 I became acquainted with Samuel Estates.
Thanks to you all but in particular Chi-Huy Ha and Connie Ahearn from the Management side and Paul Ahearn and Charl Cilliers from the Sales side.
