Nothing to do with selling a house however, kindly printed off some football tickets my daughter had won that day ???? not only did the gentlemen print them off for me, they also helped me with the easiest route in getting there ???? thankyou!

Tracy and the team worked tirelessly to sell our house in difficult times. Out of the 3 quotes we received, Satchells gave by far the best price and sold it for more than the prices the other 2 agencies proposed to put the house on the market for. They worked quickly and had viewings straight away. They clearly have a fantastic network of buyers. They were brilliant and helped us tackle a number of challenging hurdles. If you want to sell your house, go with Satchells.

Very nice people, but so vague and unresponsive! We chose Satchells based on a good experience with the Arlesey office, but with the Letchworth people I felt I had to chase them for everything ("Oh did we say we'd arrange the EPC certificate?" "Oh did we not send you a viewing report?" "Oh you've only had one viewing in three months?")
I felt like a terrible nag! If you prefer a non-pushy agency they would be fine, but I would have liked them to be more proactive and efficient.

Very rude. Thieves. Manager Connor needs communication skills. They take advantage of any little opportunity they get to keep people's money. DO NOT LET WITH THIS AGENCY, it's all SCAM
